Frozen Strawberry Rosé AKA Frosé

The perfect frozen blend of our favorite summertime wine, this frosé recipe is incredibly easy and delicious. The strawberry purée adds a bit of a twist and a slight sweetness.

Frozen Strawberry Rosé AKA Frosé

Ingredients

Serves: 4

  • 1 bottle rose
  • 2 oz vermouth
  • 4 oz strawberry purée
  • 4 oz simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour a bottle of rosé into a 13×9 inch pan and freeze for 6-8 hours. Note: it won’t freeze completely but it will be slushy.
  2. Mix in vermouth, strained strawberry purée, and simple syrup.
  3. Garnish with strawberries, raspberries, grapefruit, or mint and enjoy!
