Apple Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

Serves: 1

• 1 oz apple cider
• 2 oz tonic water
• 2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• apple slice

Instructions

1. Add apple cider, gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice
2. Shake until chilled
3. Pour into highball glass filled with ice
4. Top with tonic water
5. Garnish with apple slices
